Very few designers took part in the event due to the economic downturn in 1992.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, there was a silver lining too. After all, that year brought such names as Stella McCartney and Alexander McQueen. Their debut shows were held in 1992.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, Stella hired real supermodels, Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important to note that in 1993, Naomi impressed all the viewers of the London Fashion Week when she walked the catwalk topless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"New_names\"><\/span>New names<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1994 was marked by a change in the event venue. It was relocated to the London Natural History Museum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In that period, the city lost some of its bright talents. In particular, McQueen decided to leave for New York. In addition, Gareth Pugh impressed everyone with his gothic-style clothing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>London Fashion Week also presented new designers, such as Jonathan Saunders, Erdem Moral\u0131o\u011flu and Mary Katrantzou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_return_of_the_legend_and_subsequent_changes\"><\/span>The return of the legend and subsequent changes<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>2009 was marked by a bright return of the Burberry brand. People could see its new products at London Fashion Week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It should be noted that since then the event has changed its venue several times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, in different years, shows were held at various venues, such as Store Studios and the Burberry Makers House.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Constant_development\"><\/span>Constant development<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>New designers continue to participate in London fashion development.
